I want to know if I can still write SCBCD 4. I have not found any link on sun site for scbcd for ejb 2.
Please let me know if I can still write this exam.

There's never been any SCBCD 4. I think you want to ask about SCBCD1.3 (EJB2.x). No, you cannot take this exam anymore. You have to study for SCBCD5 (EJB3.0).

Christopher is correct.

The only reason why it was called SCBCD 5 was to be in line with Java EE's version where the technology is available.

SCBCD 5 uses EJB 3 which is available in JEE 5.
