Hi guys,

The HTTP protocol specification does not specify any maximum URL length, but practical limits are imposed by web browsers and web servers.
Say, IBM WPS 6.0 can handle upto 4k. So there must be some configuration file where this information is stored. All I t want to know is that configuration file name and location.

That's just an assumption on your part, not a valid conclusion. It's completely possible for people to hard-code constants in their code.
