I searched and found some api's like: Apache POI, WordProcessing, IText, JACOB
Can you suggests me the suitable and best one, if possible if any one has done some example.

There rarely is a single "best" of anything - it usually depends on the circumstances (of which we know very little).

iText creates PDF files; it is of no use if you want to work with Word files.

JACOB is a library that facilitates using JNI; it is of no use for creating Word files by itself - only if you are familiar with the Word COM objects, and want to write C/C++ code to use those.

POI may be feasible, but its Word API isn't nearly as advanced as its Excel API, so it may not have all the options you need. See CreateWordDocument for some example code. Using RTF templates, and manipulating them with string operations may be a better way.
