DDD (Domain Driven Design)

I am new to EJB and i am planning to take the SCBCD exam and could some explain me what does the DDD means ?

Take a look at http://domaindrivendesign.org/resources/what_is_ddd.

DDD is a way of thinking, it has nothing to do with EJB, you can apply DDD in any projects.
However, this doesn't mean that DDD is suitable for any projects and any circumstances.
