Don't know how to get results of populated dropdown box to create an action.

I certainly hope that this answers the first three comments. Now onto the real problem PLEASE!!!
I am designing a drop down box using the example at: http://javascript.internet.com/forms/dropdown-box-population.html
After I get the thing working where the second drop down box is populated I'm stumped!

Forget the other two counties of Vilas & Washburn.
How do I get the results "Walworth" to go to the page that I want AND do it automatically??

Here is what I tried & it doesn't work.

arrItems1[65] = "Vilas"; 
arrItemsGrp1[65] = 1;
arrItems1[66] = "Walworth"  <action=onkeyup  method="get" "http://www.badgerclassifieds.com/WI/Walworth/" >; 
arrItemsGrp1[66] = 1;
arrItems1[67] = "Washburn"; 
arrItemsGrp1[67] = 1;
