How do I make my signature look correct? The ranchers told me to uss bb tags. But i am not sure how and where to use it.

At the top of the forum, click on "My Profile" .
In the Signature textarea, use the [url] tag instead of the HTML anchor tag. Remove BR tags with usual carriage returns.

Copy/Paste the following:

SCJP 1.4 - 95% [url="https://coderanch.com/t/252491/java-programmer-SCJP/certification/finally-here-it"][ My Story ][/url] - SCWCD 1.4 - 91% [url="https://coderanch.com/t/174142/java-Web-Component-SCWCD/certification/cleared-wcd"][ My Story ][/url]

I'm guessing this is a recent update? My signature worked alright before with HTML tags but recently I had to convert them to BB tags to make the links work.

Yes, raw HTML no longer works; that's a deliberate change. The [i] and [url] UBB tags can be used in the signature, and line breaks will be preserved.

Fixed it for you, and also shortened it a bit. Signatures should be no more than two lines, lest they take up too much vertical space and detract from the actual content.
