I am attempting to access a web service through a java servlet.
When I run a test everything works as expected. However I am
noticing in the log that exceptions are occurring such as the

<log4j:MDC></log4j:MDC><log4j:throwable><![CDATA[org.apache.axis.ConfigurationException: No service named RpnReset is available
org.apache.axis.ConfigurationException: No service named RpnReset is available
at org.apache.axis.configuration.FileProvider.getService(FileProvider.java:233)
at org.apache.axis.AxisEngine.getService(AxisEngine.java:311)
at org.apache.axis.MessageContext.setTargetService(MessageContext.java:756)
at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invoke(Call.java:2690)
at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invoke(Call.java:2443)

at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invoke(Call.java:1812)
at com.bcbssc.services.chap.rpnsecuritycheck.RpnResetSoapBindingStub.cgInvoke(RpnResetSoapBindingStub.java:178)

Can anyone help me to understand what is happening?
