Viewing the NTFS Partition

Guys,

Could you please let me know on how to view the NTFS partition that I created using Vista on my Ubuntu Linux Partition?? I mean do I have to mount the partition afetr I boot into Ubuntu?

Yes, you will have to mount the partition to see it. You can find out information about the partition using "sudo fdisk -l". Wait, I already told you that once before...

Once you know the partition name, such as /dev/sda4, then you can add it to the /etc/sftab file. Then every time you boot it will be mounted automatically.

By the way, do you have a book on using and configuring Ubuntu?
