Hello Raki. The first question that I have (and I'll bet that most here have) is, what have you got so far? Are you changing the button's foreground color or background color when you try to highlight it? What is the structure of your current code? Is this even Swing that we're talking about? A lot will depend on how you've got things set up right now, and I think that you'll get better answers if you provide the necessary details. For more information on what to include, please have a look here: TellTheDetails

... help me... it's very urgent...

Yeah, about that. Please have a look here: EaseUp

Best of luck!

Can you post a small program that shows what you are trying to do? Also, most important (and still not stated), where are you hung up? what's not working? Is it the progress bar? The highlighting of the button? The moving on to the next button? Also how do you want to highlight the buttons? Color? I'd love to steer you in one direction or another, but I'm not clear what to say here. I'm sure you don't want someone to write the whole thing for you as that wouldn't help you in the long run.

shoot, ya might as well have a look at the whole FAQ as it really will help me and the others to help you: HowToAskQuestionsOnJavaRanch

I think giving the buttons the focus is what Raki wants. There are some methods in java.awt.Component that can do this.

We can help you only if you can show us what you have got so far. Here at the Ranch, we do not hand out ready made solutions.
