Redelivery in ActiveMQ

I'm using ActiveMQ queues with Spring and it all works well, but I've been testing what happens when a message can't be delivered. For example, forcing the receiver's class onMessage method to throw an Exception.

When I look the admin web console, I see the message that's been sent and not received, but it never seems to redeliver it again. How can I configure the frequency in redelivery in activeMQ? And, how can I force that lost message to be sent once again? I tried to do it but as it's MapMessage (instead of a TextMessage) there's no way to do it by the admin web console.

Thank you very much.
