Hi every body

i have a code in which in one select block i have set of options to choose from. and i can go for multiple selection.

and after selections are made and i click ADD it sends these selection to other box.

now since it is a multiple selection ,i am facing problem in accessing the selected (or moved) box through it's name in servlet.

When i am trying to access theese selected option in my jsp ,it displays null.

i just got this code from net and copied it. but it's not working .

can any one help me ....how can we access the selected box.

or is there any other good idea.

here is my code

also in my jsp page i am retreaving the value with this code.

can any one please help me.

Thanks and regards.

Please use real words when posting to the forums. Abbreviations such as "prob" in place of "problem" only serve to make your posts more difficult to read and less likely to generate useful responses.

Please read this for more information.

Use getParameterValues(String s) to get the list of values from request parameter.

Its returning nothing since none is selected. So select it using javascript before submitting the form.
