Using clean command in Eclipse

I am trying to work on Eclipse .

I have read that if any problem comes in Eclipse

"restart Eclipse with a "-clean". "


I know running clean Option from GUI that is Menu --> Project --> Clean selected Projects .

But this is not working .

Is there any Other way to run clean command in eclipse ? Please reply thanks in advance.

They mean to pass "-clean" as a command line flag. You can do this in Windows by right clicking the shortcut and adding "-clean."

You can also open a command prompt (click Start, Run... enter "cmd"), then go to the directory where you have Eclipse installed with "cd <pathname>", and then run "eclipse -clean".
