I have the first edition of the HFSJ book. I am planning to take up SCWCD 5. Does the 1st edition cater to the latest exam? or is the 2nd edition the one I should go for?

The first version is enough. Make sure you check the errata, and the tutorial on dynamic attributes, listed at our Links page. You can also read an interesting comment by one of the authors here.
