Hi,
I have question with Generic Method. Why we need to declare a type of varibale before return type of the method. i.e
public <T> void makeArrayList(T t).
The significance of T is the same as having a T for classes - to define a generic type.
Usually generic methods are used for declaring generic types for methods in the class that doesn't declare a generic type (or declaring a different type?)
my 2 cents
