So, I ran across a mention of possible future XML assignments. Any truth to this rumor, or was that dry JR humor creeping in?

Hi Dirk, here's a recent answer from Marilyn on that question:

"They're coming. It took awhile to expand the 8 original Cattle Drive assignments to the current level also. Have patience. "
(It's from this thread: https://coderanch.com/t/4415/Cattle-Drive/Future-Assignments-JavaCollege)
Just the other day I just ran across a list of Cattle Drive assignments that I printed out when I started a little over a year ago. It went through OOP and that was it. Considering the work it takes to come up with the assignments, the addition of Servlets and JDBC in that time is quite a bit of added value. Patience is really something that pays off in the Cattle Drive...
...just ask the guys who have submitted JDBC-4 ;D
