Is SmartInspect like log4j?

Hi,

In Java we have the log4j API that helps us to make log files of an application. Does SmartInspect do the same thing, or is a different approach?

Although SmartInspect has many similarities with other logging tools, our approach with rich logging data and the log viewer and monitoring application is quite unique IMO.
