First I read the Study Guide (a great book), making a first try of chapter tests, and my own notes too
(don't panic if you get horrible results at first, it's usual because skill is harder than the real exam)
Then a second review of my notes, two-minute drills and a second try of tests, until faults got acceptable.
At last, to get used to real exam timing and questions, whizlabs was the best option
Schedule: 2-3 evening hours twice a week, during 6 months
I scored 98%.
