On 15 June 2007 the United Nations General Assembly voted to establish 2 October as the International Day of Non-Violence.

Happy International day of Non-violence and Gandhi Jayanti.

I forgot to adjust my cheap watch for the fact that September had only 30 days. That is, my watch said that today was the 2nd, but it's really the 3rd. That scared me, because for a moment I thought I had been nonviolent on the wrong day and would have go two days in a row that way.
