On JavaRanch, and in fact most forums, you aren't going to get a good response to general questions like this one. Basically you are asking us to reproduce materials that already exist and are easily available. Asking where to find these materials, now, that's a more legitimate question, although
you should try Google first.
In any case, give a try at

or Google weblogic 8.1 tutorials. There are also many good books about J2EE, WebLogic, and EJBs both online and in print.
