Follow my signature links for the portal. I've got some mock exams (orange links on my page) for the portal developer exam. The portal practice tests will give you a good idea of what is on the exam.

Good luck!

Thank you Cameron for your helpful links, I found there many resources and exams for portal,
But I need to know which of these resources can be used for the preparation of the 959 exam (portal 6.1 development), because you know I want to prepare for this test.

Portlet development hasn't changed too much, so my WebSphere Portal Development Practice Exams are still fairly current.

Could you share with us and the rest of the community the other resources you have found? I know it would be very helpful to all of us, and we'd appreciate you sharing back to the community!

Test 959: IBM WebShere Portal 6.1 Application Development:

http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/tests/edu959.shtml

I've been told to concentrate on these red-books:

-WebSphere Portal Best Practices REDP-4100-00

-IBM Rational Application Developer V6 Portlet Application Development and Portal Tools SG24-6681-00

And once I find any other materials, I will share it here.

Have a great day
