Here's the SCEA page on Sun's site. It has the core information you need:

Sun Certified Enterprise Architect Certification Link

Your background will definitely help you out. You've got to know design patterns, a bit about JPA, lots of web services and EJBs. It's a tough one!

Good luck.

Clearing SCEA is different from SCJP or SCWCD. SCEA requires EJB and JSF knowledge apart from design patterns and core/adv. Java.

And more specifically, EJB3.0, which is quite a bit of a departure from EJB2.x. I mean, we dont' have Entity Beans anymore! And lots of Web Service questions are peppered into the Sun Certified Enterprise Architect exam. It's a tough exam, much more intense than SCJA or SCJP, that's for sure.
