Hi ranchers,
please understand my English.
I have a SCJD, and i'm thinking to study SCEA.
Is it right that i don't need to take the part II exam?
if so, what answers should i make for the part III exam?
thanks in advance ranchers.

I'm unaware of anything that says Sun Certified Java Developers don't need to take part II of the Sun Certified Enterprise Architect Certification exam. I'm not saying you're wrong, but can you put a reference up from Sun that indicates such a practice? Just one reference from Sun and I'll be a believer.

I may have a wrong information, but I'm still in doubt.

I saw the message on here.
"It is expected but not mandatory that a person taking the SCEA exam has already passed the Java technology programmer and Java technology developer certifications." http://www.sun.com/training/catalog/courses/CX-310-301A.xml
Is it just about training?

and I can see the certification progress described only part 1 and part 3 on the cert db attached.

I expect everyone that comes to my apartment to bring me an extra-large Tim Hortons coffee and a box of donuts. Few people do, but it doesn't stop people from coming over.

There is no pre-req for SCEA that I know of other than cash in your pocket. Furthermore, nobody is given any advanced standing for the Sun Certified Enterprise Architect exam, regardless of what other SCJP/SCJD/SCJA certification they may have.

Everyone starts at zero.
