I need a help on the vouchers. I today opted to get on with SCJP 5.0, however going to exam center and inputting the voucher id, the system replied with "Voucher Error: Already Used".

Additionaly today being last day for this voucher i would appreciate a quick response.

Thanks for the reply.

However i have contected @ suns.vouchers@prometric.com (provided on the voucher).
But it is rebounding and giveing "Delivery to the following recipients failed."

Could you please help me? or provide me with correct email id.

Hi there, does the voucher have a expiry date on it? Is it passed? Or is the voucher for having free retakes? If so, the retake must be for the same exam you previously failed before the expiry date. If you passed that voucher can't be used again even if it is not expired.

It really says "suns.vouchers@prometric.com", not "sun.vouchers@prometric.com"?

Hi,

Exp date on voucher : 06/26/2009

I couldn't understand that how could we find out what is retake voucher.

I haven't used this till date. But it is still giving the eariler mentioned error/reply.

Could you please tell me how can i find out if my voucher is valid for retake(s) or not?

Hi

Please read instuctions on back of the voucher which say's we have to use one day prior to the date printed on voucher.

Sorry mate your voucher was expired.

Hi Sneha,

I agree in the instructions section on back side it suggest the same.

However the last para's suggest that "This voucher is no longer valid after the expiration date." And i have also clearified @the prometric regarding the validity of the date. Couple of my colleagues and friends have also given their exams on the printed date on the voucher.

Additionaly, should the message be not like "Voucher Expired" instead of "Voucher already used"?

The id provided by also gives the same error (Message not deliverd).

The toll free automatic machine answers, "We work from Moday-Friday, 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (IST)". Here currently the time is 7.30 PM.

I guess, i'm not lucky enough
