You need to study the first 11 chapters..dunno how..but Pratap read it very fast..that too without having exp in EJBs

I would say take your time to give the certification...in case its not really urgent. The notes Pratap reffered to are sufficient for SCBCD.

Even I am on my way towards SCBCD.

GoodLuck

Guys,

Looks like we need to study EJB3 specs also! Any one who succeeded without spec. please advice. I am thinking that EJB3 in action and Enthuware should be sufficient. This factor really influence my preparation

Hi Vasanti,
Sorry for Late response. I am now in Job trails. I went to my Native place . There is no internet fecility.
that's why i didn't replied. Sorry. Actually , Manning Book gives Lot of confidence to achieve Perfect knowledge in servlets and jsp.

i didn't discouraging other authors, but Mannning is Manning . After finishing that one, if you take other books like HEAD First...it's very easy to finish,
Come to Chapter's Preparation.. First 1,2 and 3 are very basic that's for introduction to Web-application areas.

Come to 4 to 9'th you could get perfect understanding of servlets, Then 10 to 17'th good for Jsp. last 18'th is for design patterns.
Do the applications which are specified in chapters though some ares till not covered for that chapter.but later chapters you could get. If you use Enthuware your mind wonders at extent level.Thats all for Preparation. One week end is enough for Servlet part and one week end is enough for jsp part. all week days you can revise 4 to 5 times. MZ notes and mocks for last 3 days(Before Exam).

And One thing. I have 2 years and 2 monthes of Work Experience. And i am in Hyderabab(INDIA). please forward me if any Job Requirements to == pratap.yvn@hotmail.com
Thanks,
Pratap.
