Um, warm it up? You don't tell us exactly what "your internet" is. Dialup? DSL? Cable? Wireless? DSL Reports has some tweaks you can try. Make sure you don't have any spyware. It can hog precious resources, including bandwidth. [ January 02, 2008: Message edited by: Joe Ess ]
I have Airtel "DSL".I don't think my PC possess much spyware. I ran a doctor spyware scan and deleted everything it found. I found this product called ActiveSpeed here anyone used it? It says it will increase the speed by 375% no bull!. Anyone has any experience with this or other such products? [ January 02, 2008: Message edited by: Arvind Birla ]
Apparently it is tweaking network parameters (i.e. MTU, PMTU, RWIN, and TTL). You can read up on how to do the same tweaks at DSLReports. It has a free trial. Why not give it a run? Of course, you should use a reliable third party (DSLReports) to measure your connection speed before and after. I'd put money on them rigging the numbers on their own tests!

Try blowing into the lan cable, that ought to clear up the blockage, works for me all the time.
