[Jasper Report] Can't render image

When I pass bais(ByteArrayInputStream),lr(JRRenderable) object reference as a parameter, it can't render the image rather it shows jasper report's default image. But when I pass fis(FileInputStream) object reference it renders the image correctly. Can somebody help me? Cross Posting.
