I'm trying to learn about SOAP . So can any one give me good very basic tutorial site that relate to SOAP and Java ?

Have you tried searching the web for "java +soap"? When I do the first hit I get is a Java tutorial.

I always find the material in w3schools simple and well organized. Excellent place to start with.
