Hi. Can anyone tell me how to design the plugin.xml file so that when my new menu item is selected, a checkmark appears beside it? I want a user to choose between 2 menu options and whichever one they choose gets the checkmark.
I'm really new to Plugin development and did not find a lot of good tutorials on the web.
Thank you!

You should be able to make a menu option appear "checked" or "unchecked" using the style='toggle' on the action. I think you will have to implement the toggle behavior by yourself in Java code.
