Depending on the checkbox selected on the
jsp
page, can a jsp call one of two different
servlets
?

Of course. But this isn't a JSP issue at all, but and HTML and JavaScript one, so this topic has been moved to a more appropriate forum.

There's two way I can think of off the top of my head:
1) In a click handler for the checkboxes, switch the
action
of the form as appropriate.
2) In a submit handler for the form, check the state of the checkboxes and switch the
action
attribute.
I'd probably go with the latter as it involves a single handler.
