Download File with Force Association

I want to allow end user to download file of (.pdf, .exe, .bin) on download link.

But at the user end 'download & save pop window' does not show association of file type.
Means the file is saved but the file type symbol shows it is not able to associate the file type.

There are loads of code I tried to force associate the file type at end user side(see the code below)... but changing header is not accepted.
