Hello,

I saw different threads (from 2009) on different passing scores for the exam. Is it 42% or 68%?

Thanks

I think it 68 %, but you can any time make confirm about the passing score from SUN itself

42%. Sun is just too lazy to update websites that contains wrong information.

I don't know whether that's true or not, but there is difference between exam CX-310-231 and CX-310-230 passing score

Yes, and it would be very strange if passing scores are different because for Sun's exams, passing a beta is equivalent to passing the real exam.

If the master of the source (sun) hasgot WRONG information. Where do we get the right information from ? and how do we know if some source other than Sun has the right info after all the exam is set by Sun .

You can ask Sun to correct the web pages. Many guys have passed the exam already and their scores are lower than 68%, they score reports say "PASSED" which I trust more than Sun's website.
This is not the first time Sun's website contains wrong information, because they COPY-And-PASTE but forgot to modify some information.
