How and Where to complaint for Certificate courier service

Hi friends,
I am from Jaipur, India.
I got my SCJP certificate a little while ago. I found it on the floor near to the main gate. The courier guy doesn't think to at least ring a door bell. he just throw certificate inside and got away. What if it get wet in rain or some animal (cat) take it away or tear it apart.
why sun send it through courier companies like this. My friend who got his both SCJP and SCWCD certificates have the same problem. one child tear the cover of the certificate.

So please tel me where to complaint about it. because i want them to know about it, and they should take some serious action about it.

I am not really sure Sun has much control over than, since the complaint is about a local body that delivers the certificate to you. You can probably complain to the courier service that made the delivery.

i Got the reply from sun its not auto generated bec i already got auto generated mail. this is the second mail i got from Sun.

although there is not much. but i think by sending mail they will at-least talk about it. and may be they will take some action about it. I did it because may be it will help to the peoples in the future who are going to give Sun certification exams.
