I have tomcat, however i did not installed it using the .exe i used the .zip file and when I start tomcat using the startup.bat tomcat starts normally, however when I close the .bat windows that opens up at the moment of start my service is down. How do i setup so that tomcat starts and stays running all the time without having that .bat window open all the time. Is there a way to do this?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
