Voucher purchased in India. Can it be used in USA?

I don't think you can use vouchers in US which are purchased from India. Refer below URL,

There it says,

Hello Poonam,

Actually some vouchers are promotional vouchers which you cannot use out of the country where you bought. You just ask the people from where you bought.
