Passing more than one parameter to the jasper report

Hi
I am facing problem in passing the parameter to the jasper ...
In my jasper i want to display the different sample details as separate labels... in 2 columns and 4 rows.. as shown in the image in
the specified order only...
for that what i did is i have passed the parameters as

if i use this parameter then i am getting the values but
here my issue arises that is if i want any duplicate of the sample then it is not coming

and second issue is if i want to print the blank place then i am not able to do ...
To achieve this is it possible to write multiple queries to the jasper and ask it to produce one pdf finally
Any help please
