I have some questions about the SimpleJdbcCall class which is one of new classes introduced in 2.5.

1) what are the differences between SimpleJdbcCall and SqlCall/StoredProcedure?

2) Is SimpleJdbcCall preferred since it's new in 2.5?

3) Since SqlCall/StoredProcedure are NOT deprecated, I wonder in what situations SqlCall/StoredProcedure are expected to be used instead of SimpleJdbcCall.

4) Are there anything new in 2.5 to SqlQuery/SqlUpdate as SimpleJdbcCall to SqlCall/StoredProcedure?

(I have posted these questions on Spring forum but no one has replied to it yet...)
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
