EL evaluation doubt

answer given is A but i think it should be C

Please clarify as if ELisignored does output displays EL Expression as it is or no output is produced while evalution of EL exppression.

It's value is not evaluated but the text is not ignored.
So it displays the text like any normal text.

answer says ${abc }
