Cant run sample Xpath example  RSS feed

Hi,

I am knew to Xpath.I am trying to run the following code and i get the exception.I am not able to create a instance of the documentBuilder.

It was useful to provide details (thank you ;) ). Please find where the DebugMBean.class file is. Did you include the weblogic .jar as a classpath option when you started the Java application?

Yes,I did add weblogic.jar in my classpath.I just had a sample main.I am not sure why its complaining about DebugMBean.class file
