What is actually meant by relam in security please?

Hello Harshana!
First of all you should say "realm", not "relam".
A realm determines the scope of security data. A realm is the region to which a security ID or permission applies.
For example, a user defined as "John" in one realm is treated as different from "John" in a second realm, even if these two "John" IDs represent the same human user.

In tomcat we have tomcat-users.xml know? so is it what realm? what is this security table also..is it differ from realm?
