Not anymore...

After being unemployed > 6 months since last summer, I'm happy to be working again in a job with more $$$, less stress and less hours.

Also, watching dirty jobs on the discovery channel makes me glad I'm a geek

Nah, every time I start to get sick of working, I remember that if it wasn't bad, they would not have to pay me to do it.

I sometimes even write code as a hobby, so getting paid for it is fine.

I do get sick of PHB, but all jobs seem to have them.

That is why I enjoy contracting. Move around every 1-2 years. New environment and new task keep me motivated. Now that I found a work 10 minutes from home I have become lazy. I will stay here until they kick me out
