I need some help on controling updates from my table.

I have three update modes: By Cell, By Row, By Table

I have by Cell and by Table figured out pretty much but having trouble with by Row.

I do not know how to check when the user changes rows it an effective mannor.

I have a hidden column that holds an update flag for the row. When a cell is changed the flag is set. If the focus is set to a different row I need the update to fire for the row with the flag.

Sounds like it's time to learn about jQuery custom events.
