At the moment I'm thinking over getting my SCEA-certificate. Only what kind of book should I use. I saw at the SCEA a lot of books and what is the assignment. Wat do I need to create exactly. Thanks for your feedback.

Well, the SCEA5 books are not quite out yet, but they're close. I think the Cade book will be updated within a few months. Still, that was more of a helper book - small in size, and more of a helper for people with experience, as opposed to a learn from the ground up type thing.

You need to know the key Java components, with more stress on JSF and web services this time around. And you gotta know design patters. So, books related to that will help.

Where can we find the mock exams? Do we only need to cover JSF and webservices at conceptual level? I have finished reading first, second and last chapter from MZ's certification guide. How much of EJB3 should I cover?

Thanks.

I will start reading some books. I've a few years of experience with JSF so that is not a real problem. Knowing my certification speed a few months waiting for a update is not a problem. I believe this book will be promoted in this forum when it's updated.

The only mocks we could get are from whizlabs. I've see no other options instead.

She said she got a brazillian. I think owning people is wrong. That is how I learned ... tiny ad:
