Hi com,

I want to precompile my JSF sites to boost-up the start-up time.

Im using Glassfish v2.1 as appserver and JSF and Facelsts for my sites which looks
like this:

After i used the JSPC executable from my Glassfish installation i got this output:

Well it seems that the JSPC generated code does only wrap my JSF page, but
does not preprocess the JSF tags (because JSF renders them in the runtime?)
Now this let me thinking about the following questions:

1. Is it possible to preprocess the JSF tags too?
2. Does it really take an effect on the start-up time?
3. Are there other ways to precompile also JSF tags?

Im looking forward to hearing from you
