Dynamic, Energetic, Motivated Developer & Business Partner Needed in Bootstrap Start-Up Corp.

We are a group of dynamic developers and innovators coming together in a shared-interest partnership corporation (HQ in Washington DC, US) as a start-up company. We are seeking a few more dynamic, energetic, & motivated Java developers to join this start-up corporation. The goal is to co-own an innovative company (bootstrap) with delivery of our first and central enterprise UC solution within first two years and expand (augmenting) offerings over time (all solutions developed around OpenSSO/Directory Services for enterprise-readiness).

Job Outline:

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge in the Java programming language, up to date Java EE/SE/ME, J2EE, C#, C++, C, .Net, JSP, JSF, Servlets, JavaBeans, Web Services (XML/SOAP/WSDL etc), Portlets-Web Service APIs, Struts, PHP, EJB, Ajax, Dojo and Hibernate and Spring experience, OpenSSO (including dependencies; Glassfish, OpenESB, OpenDS, & OpenPortal), RichFaces/YUI, Database Programming (JDBC, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), OO Design, RUP/Rational Tools, SOA, Lucene, Standards-based TCP/IP/Communications/Telephony (Analog/Digital) Protocols, & Debian Linux Development (Ubuntu Server).

Requirements and Qualification:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education in a related discipline is preferred (preferred but may not be required depending on experience). Minimum 4 years of experience in developing Java EE/ME/SE web and/or enterprise applications. Fluent in English language
