Job Consultancies in US

Does any one know about Job Consultancies or Job Recruitments in USA.
I am looking for Consultancies that can help me get a job in US (Dallas).And perhaps some training so i get for a hands on experience on a live project.
I am a fresh graduate , so that sort of narrows my chaces because of the lack of experience and the currenet job market.
Since most of the ads I have come across requires 5+ and 3+ experience
But I am still crossing my fingers and hoping for the best :-).

Any advice and suggestions regarding or not regardiiing this is welcome!
