I am trying to import using the Tag file mentioned in HFSJ pg 502
I am getting the error No tag "Header" defined in tag library imported with prefix "myTags"
Is it because it required a TLD.

My Header file is in TagFiles/WB-INF/tags
And Jsp is in webapps/TagFiles

My Header.tag.txt ( Cant get rid of the .txt extension)

well that is the problem, your tag files need to end in .tag ...

I think the problem is that your OS hides the file extensions for known file types, such as txt.
Check the folder settings and change it, so you can get rid of the txt
