Problem with JInternalFrame transperency with Windows Look and Feel

I am getting an issue like -
When I am trying to drag one JInternalFrame above other JInternalFrame with Window Look and Feel UI , it is not hiding the below InternalFrame but if I set the UI to Metal Look and Feel , the scenario is working fine.

you can't just dump code here with a 'fix it'

go to rent-a-coder if you need code, and can't write it
