This is Pinky from NJ. I am having interviews scheduled starting September and I need to learn Spring and Ajax in the time that I have at hand.
Searching the internet has given me a headache of all the material that's available on Spring. I would really like to ask you experts to point me to a nice single-point-of-reference start-to-finish kind of a link that could convert me from a novice to a Spring expert in 20 days?
You're going to learn Spring and Ajax in three weeks?

There aren't any.
You might be able to get through an interview by reading *and coding* any of the recent Spring books, although that won't help with Ajax.
Also, be aware that people read this site: people that hire and/or recommend people read this website (like me, also in NJ). If they see (a) somebody asking for material that can turn them into an "expert" in three weeks, and/or (b) somebody believing they can become an "expert" in Spring or Ajax in three weeks, they might think twice about hiring that person for a Spring and/or Ajax position that requires experience or in-depth knowledge.
I recommend Spring Reference Documentation, but I don't think you can become a Spring Expert in 3 weeks.

Ok let me rephrase my question. I was not looking to be an expert if the question came out to be that way. My mail aim is to be able to answer questions on IoC, Dependency Injection, AOP and probably some in depth about Spring Web and MVC so that I don't look like a fool in front of the interviewers.
Any suggestions now? Any website which has a consolidated like or a pdf/ ppt covering all the basic spring interview questions.
I really need quick help friends. Everyone is asking about Spring even if they are not using it in their respective projects. If you are working on Wall Street you will know about what I am taking about and how painful it is to get a job these days.
