I have an a4j button and i need it to function in two different ways, depending upon a value from the bean.
If i have true in the bean, i need to use a4j button by onclick="xxx", else i need to use it by action="xxx". How is it possible to realize it?

Place two buttons, one with onclick, another with action and conditionality render them based on the value in the bean.
