Openings are there but the companies are very selective these days. As you have Springs and Struts in your profile, you might get greater attention.

The right time to change depends on you. Its better to analyze the pros and cons and make a decision.

I am not from Bangalore but from job portal I know, Bangalore has openings and Bangalore always had more openings than any other part of India. As Srikanth said employers are very selective.

Best way to find market is go to job portal, enter your criteria and see how many openings you get.
